@SuperCandyFairy hi! I use sculpey III and it works great. you don't have to go to the trouble to soften it or anything and it is pretty durable as long as you bake it long enough. sometimes if it is expired, it will get really solid. in that case you'll either have to replace it, or find a tutorial on "reviving polymer clay."

@2DTime cernit can be really difficult to get soft from time to time, but you have to find the right clay :) and to get that clean finish I used hobby varnish!

@SuperCandyFairy In my opinion Fimo is really difficult to work with, I hate it. I've tried different kind of sculpey but not sculpey III, but I would go with sculpey :)
