- The treatment of women as not being as vluable or worthy as men is not soley a Puritan belief, among most people during the time of the Reformation the belief about women, which was even held by women, was that women were of lesser value than men.
- The main part about the puritans you need to know is their beliefs and values, so know what they dissagreed with about the Church of England, the information on the civil war, and the witch trials are in the video becauase we found them to be fascinating.
- The puritans only did things that the Bible specifically allowed, whereas some other Christian groups did anything, as long as the Bible didn't prohibit it.
