For some reason the makers of the film decided to put this song after the credits while showing Cloud riding through random places on his motorbike so i guess it's part of the soundtrack

To me, every time I hear this song, the feel of it seems to be centered around letting go of the past, moving on with your life, and keeping the good memories in your heart. This is what I pull from it, though I do not understand the actual lyrics. :)
