@krazyblakk but there is a difference. for a car you pay for the rims so your allowed to put them on your car. that is the same thing with apps. you buy them and you legally allowed to put them on your iphone/ipod touch. but stealing the apps doesnt give you the right to use them. because its illegal.everything else like modifying how it looks is all up to you. because there is nothing wrong with that

i understand where apples coming from but if they would offer all of the customization stuff and some of the other stuff you mentioned then most people wouldn't jailbreak. but until then i don't care what apple says I'm jailbreaking my iPod touch.
