@JoeBayview I did but it only happen once, I think it was because i was bored, sometime if you become bored i gues you could become relax and entre a state of mind. try not to do it whlie driving :)

I astral project before whithout even thinking about, so why I cant i do it now?? It so annoying the last time i did i did not think i diddnt even relaize hat was happen till it happend stupid Astral projectoion. But i only did for a couple of a seconds but im lucky enough to even get my n=body to relax, mabey if i become bored again that what happen last time. Becoming bored now days is very easy.
