It wasn't a solo, he was just tapping around to hear and inspect the kit.

anyone know what cymbals he uses with john mayer (live at abbey rd.) i've seen him and steve jordan using large diameter hi-hats (like 18's!)

@benihona1 he's a good drummer and this wasn't a solo. but i agree Keith Carlock is superior to JJ from what I've seen of both their performances
