This song was made famous by Linda Ronstadt on her second solo album "Silk Purse" that was released in March 1970. "Long Long Time" was Linda's first solo hit and it earned her her first Grammy nomination (for Best Contemporary Vocal Performance/Female). Over the decades, she has earned 10 Grammy Awards and other awards for her many vocal styles and performances in a variety of genres. I have loved this song for a "long time".:)

this is fucking terrible.....this doesn't capture what the orginal had.....not even close to linda ronsdadt ..........she sang it with so much emotion that it just made you want to cry.......this sucks
