i don't know if this was accidental or intentional, but because of the similarity of voice, I thought, at first, Gary was doing a voiceover of his life experience of decorating the mosaic with flowers. Because of the dialogue, I had already prepared my own mental narrative with what was being said and Gary, but as the camera panned to that other man, I was shocked that I had to refigure. Psychologically brilliant camera technique.
