Sulfur 8 is cheap and effective you'll need to get the shampoo and the jar of sulfur 8 compound it's found on most stores that deal with black products. You will have to thow away all your combs and brushes or wash them in the sulfur 8 and soak them for a day. Growing dandruff is an infection so the cause has to be eradicate. Bring your own combs to the salon this and weaved hair is another source,

I agree jjayo2001:) I mix 2 oz. of any vinegar (it's the natural PH that does the trick) and 20 oz. of water, pour over my head before my final rince (sometimes I don't even rinse it out - smell disappears as hair dries). This is the only thing that has ever helped my dandruff and I've tried everything from Head&Shoulders to the most organic shampoos like Dr. Bronner's. Prevent dandruff by replacing shampoo with a paste of baking soda (not baking powder) and rose water, very moisturizing. Good L

Just try apple cider vinager, 2 cups of water and 1 cup of the vinager, apply after you wash your hair, then wait 5 to 10min, rinse again and a quicky shampoo, it is helping me, so far is working. Very cheap natural remedy. I got this tip here on the youtube, and it is working!!

@bevbeautifulhealing i'm not sure about the shampoo. The conditioner I use, which is the 50:50 balanced conditioner says that it's PH balanced on the bottle.
