If Your Late, Thanks Isn't Enough

If you are more then 5 or 10 minutes late to an appointment with your hairdresser you really should do more then say thank you.

Agreed. If you're late for a doctor's appointment you pay a fine. Why should it be any different with a barber?

Also is it possible for someone to call in and let you know that they are going to be late or just cancel the appointment?

@mrsticky005 Yes that's possible. We allow people to be 15 minutes late. If they are later then that we prefer they reschedule so it doesn't delay the next client.

I give people a 15minute window period, and if they are any later and they fuck up my day, thats too fucken bad, my respectful on time, clients are not going to be kept waiting.
