@GreatCoveMedia , These nuggets were blue cats. Small chunks (nuggets) seem to work best since the thinner tail section either drys out like jerky or tears apart when trying to turn. What worked best for me was coating the fish and the grill with oil and going with a low slow fire for a longer time (between 7-10 min per side) . Good luck - and tight lines !
