Semi truck pulling at the Mason Dixon Fairgrounds in PA. Truck finished second after a three way pull off. Frame flex and suspension hopping kept it out of first place......

  • No, this truck didn't run with the Pennsylvania Posse

  • In my opinion, not if you want to earn a living. Parts are expensive and there are much more efficient electronic engines out there. (N14, ISX, etc.) It would pass anything but a diesel station, but I think you would be hard pressed to turn a profit.

  • It has to much power for its own good, lol I love the kta19 engines

  • man that cummins sounds tuff, but i just love the way that old w model is presented, really good to see, dont ever sell it cause i promise you that you will cry when you put your foot down on one of these new egr cummins...

  • Looks and sounds absoultey incredible

  • I just looked, over $30,000 for a rebuilt KTTA. An NTA 855 is 16 for a NEW one SHEESH!!!!! I really need to hit a big lottery!!!!

  • A K can get just as good of mileage as an NTC series, N14, and ISX. There is an article on diesel injections website that tells about a guy in TX with a KTTA-HVT @ +1000hp that gets around 5.5mpg...the same as the 450 hp ISX I drive . It has more to do with the gearing(trans and diff) and how well disciplined the driver is. If it was left at stock specs, i wouldn't be suprised to see 6.5+ mpg, with the right gearing, out of a K. But, who can afford one?

  • 850 is too much fuel... If you wanna melt your pistons while climbing jackass mountain or some damn hill be my guest.
