@Grapefruit2000 He has a tongue that deviates to his right side indicating either a leison at the lower motor neuron of his right side or the upper motor neuron involving one of his cranial nerves (CN 12) also that innervates the genioglossius muscle. Very technical and subtle stuff.

@bluliite It's not painful. I have never seen fasciculations like this before - they are elicited here even when the muscle is not at rest and they're occurring in several muscle groups simultaneously. The unilateral tongue atrophy and deviation is very prominent.
