He didnt give her the postion because he was being nice, Hilary was going to run as a independant, which would have split the democrats and the republicians would have won. So he offered the postion so she wouldnt. It was all over the news.

I love this man he's got great charater swagger and intellgence to be president. The whole world yearns for the united states to elect this man because they know he will do good for the united states and the rest of the world. But it's said to see so many people won't vote for him cause of the color of his skin.
