Would be nice if you knew your history. Emmis owned Magic 106 and was the company that owned it when Morgan was hired. In fact, Morgan was one of their first hires as they took the station to Hot AC from AC as it was for a few years under old ownership. Morgan was brought in almost as soon as Emmis bought it sometime around 1983 or 1984.

I think this was after he stopped being the announcer on "Solid Gold" and replaced by Charlie O'Donnell.

What cracks me up is that after he offers his p____ to Indianapolis and Peoria, it was Indianapolis based EMMIS that bought Magic 106 and fired his a__! The station was at the bottom of the L.A. ratings until EMMIS brought POWER 106 on the air!
