Audition for Hair: Director Andre' DeShields

Rare once-in-a-lifetime opportunities don't come knocking at your door. You have to seize the chance when the time is at your hand. The events I've undergone while auditioning for Hair with special guest director Andre' DeShields. This type of audition may be similar to a job interview that most people have to endure if they want to earn a living. Perhaps the interview is easier? People set limits for themselves, making the odds of getting the job appear against them. However, if you set boundaries instead of limits, you have a more free range to explore. Never limit, only set boundaries.

In October, I auditioned for the musical Spring Awakening, and you made me realize that I need to show that I love what I do.

I wasn't dedicated enough to preparing for the audition.
