Ok so I cheated (Wanted to strickly wash and poo with organic root stimulator) and tried a new hair product that came highly recommended: Aubrey Organic Shampoo and Conditioner for dry hair. I have type 4C hair and these products were "No Bueno" No Good what so ever....the shampoo left my hair really dry and the conditioner at best was ok....organic or not organic I want buy this product again.....plus they were a little pricey and hard to come buy locally. This is my opinion on these products....it may work for others but it didn't work for me.....

  • Girl I'm Deep conditioning with AO HSR right now...so far I'm not impressed either. I just put it in and this stuff is like crazy thick and hard to spread over my hair..I mean people have been going crazy about this stuff!!! And it stink so bad to me smell like a dang relaxer or something..like seriously!..hopefully Im impressed with it when I wash it out!

  • Lmao-"smells like a relaxer" now that i think of it it does. I use the shampoo on my wigs and I hate doing that sometimes because of the smell. It cleans my wigs just fine....they need to mark it for wigs and change the smell. Yea this product is BoBo!

  • i use the same pantene shampoo but my hair has been shedding alot so i'm thinking about going with natural shampoo. i'm gonna give the aubrey organics a try just to see if the natural shampoos are as bad or good as everyone says. but it is kinda pricey and im worried it might be a waste..

  • Sally's sales a products by the name of aphogee you should check them out first if your suffering from shedding. Try that first, it about 6-8 dollars per shampoo, conditoner, etc (depends on the oz) also if thats too much go to walmart and try organic roots stimulator they have stuff that helps with thining and shedding. Hope that helps! and if your absolutely going natural look up Talijah Whaad...the more I used her products the healthier and better my hair got.

  • That sucks that you didnt like it that much. I have the honey suckle rose shampoo but did not to get the matching conditioner. I use it with Now Personal Care- Natural Citrus Moisture Moisturizing Conditioner. And they have been the best combo I have used comparable to Karens Body Beautiful products.

  • Thanks for your comment. I'm glad it worked out for you. That's the whole thing about products it just depends on your hair type. You know what I mean?

  • I have never used the honeysuckle rose from Aubrye Organics, but I have used the White Camilla, and it leaves my hair (4C) feeling soft. The White Camilla actually smells pretty good too. It doesn't really lather, but i section my hair as i was to make sure it's worked in. Hope i could help.

  • I love Aubrey 's conditioners. I only apply them to my hair when dry like the bottle suggests. The shampoo's not so much, they are too drying. I purchase my Aubrey conditioners online from iherb.com. It's much cheaper. They offer $5 off your first purchase when you use the code NOF322. They sell a lot of natural products for cheap.

  • In order for the product to really deep condition it must be applied to dry hair. If not it seems to have a bad effect. I made the mistake of applying it to wet hair. But now when applying it I wash my hair then dry as much as I can with the towel and that makes all the difference. It even says so on the bottle ... "apply to dry hair for deep conditioning ". It works wonders when the hair is dried first!

  • i love you.

    honest as hell!!

    ha.

i've just been researching their products and was about to order the conditioner online..... having a rethink now...

    Miggy.x

  • Yea almost all of aubrey's shampoos are like that I've tried 4 just to give them a fair shot but nope. Now the conditioners I love. I rub them in my hands and then I put it on my length from tip to root and then I slick through the length and I snap on a cap for about 15mins and it's heaven for me

  • idk, maybe you can add some organic extra virgin olive oil to the honey suckle shampoo - oils can add moisture. Swanson vitamins dot com has Aubrey Organics products for almost 30 percent off.

  • use the aussie product r cantu products

  • i was lookin for the lady who products u mentioned some time ago and i couldnt find her under the name u said but i did find taliah waajid..idk if thats what you mean t=) thanks anyway
