Daniel Radcliffe Mania

This is the crowd of screaming, adoring fans outside the stage door after a production of Equus at the Broadhurst Theatre in New York on 16 December 2008. The were all waiting for Daniel Radcliffe to make his appearance and sign autographs. Look for him in the blue ball cap.

The production was excellent, by the way, and Daniel did not disappoint.

Only about 15 minutes. In the freezing rain.

Yes, I'd seen the play from stage seats, which were closer and yet less expensive than orchestra seats. I directed the play myself back in 1990 and a lot of memories came flooding back, especially because the director made a lot of the same choices I had.
