Self-adjusting flow Fly Sparge Valentine Arm

Here is my self adjusting sparge flow arm, apparently some breweries use something that uses this principle to allow wort to flow into the boiler without having to match in/out valve flows. They call it a Valentine Arm apparently. As you can see, it works very well.

Nice set up there mate, did you see my other vids of my automated brewery? I have moved away from valentine arm now, prefering instead for precise control using two peristaltic pumps to match flow in and out of the mash tun.

isnt it splashing to much when its going in to the kettle,just wondering ,people say it is not that good,?

@1960cad Some say so, but i havent had any adverse effects. If your worried,, just use a colapsable pipe on the end of the VA down into the the Copper.
