making foam swords

this is us making foam weapons all together it was a really fun shoot and i can't wait for it to come out. But at one point i can say (with no question in my mind) that both brit and i lots our minds lol hope you guys like it

So they make "weapons" and people think they are awesome? except the weapon they made sucked, broke after half a swing, and since it was covered in bondo would probably hurt someone if not careful. Oh thats right they have tits, so that means automatic awesome. /sigh

First, Bondo is not a resin. It has a resin in it with an activator but it is not a resin. (former auto body tech) second bondo is a very coarse and dense material when hardened which is prone to cracking. even on cars you can only go up to 1/8th inch thick of bondo before it is illegal because it will simply crack and peel of the metal. So therefore when someone uses one of these things the paint will chip off then the bondo will crack.. Also its hard as fuck. Someone is going to get hurt
