The Cover Girls - All That Glitters Isn't Gold

By the time the "All That Glitters Isn't Gold" video was filmed I was a seasoned pro. They put a gold dress on me in this video because of the title of the song and the color of my eyes. I was the first person I knew to wear a bindi on my forehead in a video. I had on the tiniest bathing suit in the scene with the guys, as usual I'm cracking up and nervous. I just couldn't bring my sexy back. I think this was one of the videos that really showed not only my personality but Caroline and Margo's as well. The sitting on set and munching and chatting was something we did a lot, a whole lot!

Great job! When All That Glitters Isn't Gold came out, I wore out the 45 playing it on the radio station (we put vinyl directly on the air still in those days). That record had such a horrible cue burn! I thought it would have hit higher, really. Good tight, cute song. I did afternoon drive, and used it at least twice per shift. I'm sure people driving home on the highway knew all the words by the time I was done with them! Ha ha.
