Your commentator ( Steve Homer ) said the blinking lights do this ( attract the birds) Fact is the steady burning lights do this. "Towers" aren't the only culprit. High rise buildings, smoke stacks, and bridges are a few others. If the goal of this you tube clip is to BAN towers better re think it. Best to ban the tower lights vs the structures. That will help greatly. If that compromise isn't good enough then give up your cell phone, two way radio, TV, Am & FM radio, Tall buildings
