  • @seanlame yea i considered it different because of derek's video, which i think is explaining a different technique, since ankle motion has been around for ever. but i am very sure you know this better than i do so...

  • @allmetaliswelcome There are variations of the flat-foot, since no two players will ever play the same. Look up Bostic's explanation of it, and then look up Derek Roddy's. Both considered "right," but both different. Mine is similar to Bostic. The concept is the same in both. I didn't really thin kto mention that though, so thanks for pointing it out.

  • @allmetaliswelcome hes a pro, ankle motion can be used at any foot position, flatfoot bridges the gap between heel up and heel down.

  • erm that's not flatfoot, that's just ankle motion. flatfoot is a lot different.
