The rule doesn't make any sense. Unless a robot stops moving completely it shouldn't be counted as immobile. With one track broken they didn't stand much of a chance but Raizer Blade did drive into the pit which meant there shouldn't have even been a judges decision here.
That background music when the robots battle is so catchy.

To be honest, I actually prefer that rule.
Let's take a battle where this actually happened...Chaos 2 vs Tornado in Robot Wars Extreme's Challenge Belt. What if, say, that rule didn't exist, Chaos 2 had been clearly limping for the whole battle, then Tornado's failsafe popped out?
For some reason, Dominator 2 seems to be immune to this rule. He's had at least two fights where he's gotten away with having a jammed up wheel.
