when i run the pak extractor it loads and everything but when its finished it doesnt give me a data file plz help help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hey im stuck i did all of this but i wana add skins like for instance i have a mod named towershield swordsman i wana use it i dont know how i put it in the folders it tells me then i put it in a name like if the soldier name is roman_infantry i change it to towershield_swordsman and it doesnt load plz help me!
