they are called a skips haha then the on where you strike is called a b skip then when you skip then stike it is called a c skip

Lol, u don't need hurdles for this, you don't go over them ;D

this is a good drill cus hurdling 2 me is all about rhythm and u defiently cant do this without rhythm
