This song is entitled 'Nai, nai, nai', another of the many songs played at the Voices of Africa concert, by the multi-instrumental unit the Celebration Orchestra, consisting of many of Johannesburg's most gifted classical, jazz and indigenous musicians. Sankofa: Afro-Indigenous Fusion Ensemble, features in the orchestra as guest ensemble, and here plays a middle section to the larger tune, the famous Jewish song "David haMelech", arranged by Jeanne Zaidel-Rudolph for marimbas. Thereafter, Sankofa plays together with whole orchestra as Nai Nai Nai returns for a 'coda'. This concert was held in the Wits Great Hall at the University of the Witwatersrand (Wits University), Johannesburg, South Africa, to a capacity audience of over 1200 people seated in the auditorium.
