i want this car so fucking bad, theres A 2008 328i in my area with 85K for only 13,000, im buying A 2010 Jeep patriot from a Salvage Yard for 3000, and getting a new hood and a grill, and then selling it for 13000, and buying this car.

Problem with the 328i (at least 2011) is the harsh engine breaking when you let up on the gas. At slow speeds, and especially in stop- and-go traffic, the heavy engine braking is enough to get many nauseous as the car does not easily coast. Further, the car emits a very high-pitch sound for about 45 seconds every time you open or close any door or the trunk. Finally, the run flat tires give a less than comfortable drive. On the positive side, the steering is great, and the iDrive is superb.
