Ken Tyrell and his designer, Derek Gardner created a six wheeled racing car in 1976, the P34. This car was radical in that it's front wheels were four, in tandem, 10 inch wheels. It won one race but would have had a successful run in Goodyear had developed the front tires. www.thedrivechannel.com

  • The British Built road car, the "Panther Six" was a real 4 wheel steer road car, powered by a Caddy V8 and released in 1977. Apparently it went around corners ok. Im surprised Mr Rahal didnt mention it?? So he doesnt know everything obviously.........I do!! ;).

  • @kramrollin69 The vid was about the Tyrell.

  • Is it my audio or the video?

  • @theunseen1 It was bad audio on our part.

  • You love the old stuff...OK the 300 Gullwing is what you want, right? I've driven one of the aluminum bodied ones...only two or three of those left. Great car.

  • Thanks my man.
