If people choose to speak in tongues or do the ''Holy Laughter''thing,that's their decision, but PLEASE don't guilt trip me or view me as a second-class Christian if I don't..I just hold fundamentally different views on the work of the Holy Spirit than my brothers and sisters in Christ who are charismatic or pentecostal in their viewpoints. God doesn't love me any less because I question a lot of the ''tongues'' and ''holy laughter''stuff

@wscott16 About fourteen years ago when my family and I were living in a different town, I believe the Holy Spirit TRULY spoke to my heart when my son was about to go on a bike ride.I was watching TV but I felt an unmistakable urge to get him to wear his bike helmet.He chipped his teeth about it, like most fourteen year olds do, but I stood my greound. He put on the helmet, and ten minutes after he left, he came back with a HUGE crack in his helmet after he hit a guard rail.He was OK but shaken.

@wscott16 I recently picked up a book by John MacArthur called ''The Silent Shepherd''....MacArthur cuts thriough all of the hyperbole and gives a calm,rational approach to the Holy Spirit,the way it is supposed to be!!!

Stuff and people like Bentley and Hinn and Copeland and ''Dad''Hagin present a twisted and warped and skewed viewpoint of the doctrine of the Holy Spirit and THEY are the reason why I distance my self from pentecostal and charismatic churches.
