SEVEN trailer - LIPA dance production

"Seven" is an exciting collaboration between LIPA's dance, music and design artists that aspires to take you on journey through the seven levels of physical consciousness.

In a one off collaboration with globally acclaimed Nitin Sawhney, LIPA young musicians present a unique score that embodies the ancient philosophies of the east combined with the contemporary modern edge of western popular culture.

In a dynamic fusion of dance styles ranging from African contemporary, Jazz, street Rhythm and Modern Classical young extraordinary dancers provide an evening of explosive choreography the guarantees to challenge all physical boundaries through the movement language of the soul. As the polarities of east and west unite, the transient body knows no limitation.

"Seven"- a music and dance production performed by LIPA Theatre Institute (United Kingdom) premiered on 29th May 2009 in the Paul McCartney Auditorium, Liverpool, UK. Directed by Jacqueline Jones.

In May 2010 the production is going on tour to London, and then in June 2010 to Poland.
