@Draginvry2 he's way too hard to use now...also, tira is still a bit overpowered (like astaroth and cervantes) but she's definitely gotten worse...

the really improved cassandra and seong mina though. and amy now has her own moveset...she's my best character too.

Zasalamel is awesome in SC3. I've never played 4, but I can easily understand why they would nerf him. In SC3 he has way too much speed for the type of range he has. He's like Astaroth on crack.

Well, that was fast. I didn't actually have to play the game, because I have that scene unlocked in Museum mode. I've written down exactly what Sigfried says:

"If you're after the sword, don't expect to get past here alive.  Sorry to keep you.... you're up next!!!"

Since neither of us remember, I shall immediately play Soul Calibur III until such time as Siegfried wins the fight in the Lost Cathedral.

I hope the cutscenes are pausible, because I remember him saying several sentences. I'm sure I'll forget all of it immediately after I hear it.

I may be rusty, but even a rusty Zasalamel can beat the likes of the first 9 stages of the game.

'i cannot (?)....THE DARKNESS IN MY HEART!"

maybe, i haven't played in ages. i just remember it sounding awesome.

What does Siegfried say, anyway? I remember he taunts you before the fight. I might have to play the game again just to see what he says. The only thing I remember is that at the very end he says "You're up next"

A lot of times I would be rooting for one of them to win, just so I could hear the little taunt they give you afterward. I usually prefer Siegfried to win because he points that huge sword at you, and his armor is all shiny and stuff.

I agree. The editing of the scene works really well with this music. I don't know how many times I played through this game just so I could watch Siegfried at the end.
