i have listened to most of the other women doing this role on you tube and coleen is by far the best one. i dont know why so many love idina menzel, while she is good, coleen owns this song! as i am in australia i wont get to see her live, but her voice even on youtube is just amazing.

in videos,(which are all i've seen)i just didn't notice too much facial expressiveness or passion in dialogue, but shes one of the best elphabas because her voice just so fluidly conveys emotion. every note just vibrates with feeling

I truly love Idina, Idina gets 11o% to the role. She originated the role, but, not the best. DON'T GET ME WRONG, I love Idina. But, I think the best Elphaba are Dee, Kerry, Coleen, Eden and Idina.
