@Sartamzzzz For tranparent effect u have to use either "glass.exe" or "BlackGlassEnhanced.exe".. so google either of one application and install it... i suggest to use "BlackGlassEnhanced.exe".. one more thing , for perfect transparent effect you have to use dark themes... otherwise you cant see text properly in your window... good luck...

@lysolmax this is for to enable windows 7 to suppport 3rd party themes only.. for any change in windows you have to install themes...
