Infected is one of the custom game modes in Modern Warfare 3's private matches. I customised it further to make it knife only as the default is a Spas.

@@@@@HOW TO GET NO AMMO FOR INFECTED!@@@@@@ Everyone just copy your default infected class to the initial infected class then you can put in like equipment just don't fill in anything else. When you start it, the infected will have a Usp w/ Tac Knife and no ammo. THUMBS UP SO EVERYONE CAN SEE!

@TheMynameischuck To take off the ammo you must reset the class so there is no secondary OR primary.
