My instrucor had just gotten back from Iraq putting her life on the line!. She's in the reserves. If she needs to sit in a lawn chair shes welcome to it! (She didnt sit there the whole time)

ok for 1 that IS NOT the extended trot. for two put ur stirrups longer a little. for 3 your legs are flying forward. maybe you should work on ur leg potioning before you TRY doing the extended trot. 4 dont cluck!!! 5 try doing a little quieter posting. other than that you do great. how long have you been riding?

I had just gotten back into riding at age 48 and believe it or not in thei video I'm close to 50 yrs old - I was very out of shape when I started. . I rode for love of it not to show. so yes I have position issues.(I was trained hunt seat in my yourth) I guess I should have titled it "Learning to do the extended trot" True it wasnt extended the whole time- but I got closer to it then ever before. Sadly It may be a long time before i can get on a horse again. :(
