I still have this on vinyl. My fav DnB album ever.

If I didnt know this was from 1998, Id've put this at about the last couple of years, production wise is way ahead of there time. there's a reason I love ed rush and optical and this track is why. it just hands you an imagination into a world beyond, this stuff is as unearthly as it gets.

I remember instantly falling in love with this when i heard Andy C play it on his Kiss 100 show back in 98! What a intro! and this tune is just bad bad bad!

4 people don't know what real D&B is...

@jaMMerZzz764 hm ok i think i see what you mean. thanks : D

@Voitzify I can't really remember what techstep is, but if Ed Rush and Optical are meant to be like it then I'd say that Neurofunk uses punchier, less clicky-clacky drums and not necessarily harder but more growling and "hairy" bass. If you want pretty much the typical Neurofunk sound then look no further than Phace and Misanthrop's "From Deep Space" album, but also check out Noisia, Spor, Black Sun Empire etc. :D

Man, just think how the simplicity of the drums can produce such a MAD beat. This IS music.
Just as 'MrWillsim' stated, the drums sound exactly like a live kit.
