I have two vfrpads that are to light for boat anchors, i don't know what their their original use was designed for but it wasn't for use in airplanes, have anyone purchased one of these that do work ?

Ipad doesn't work as an EFB, it is internet dependent. Plus, it doesn't have GPS. If you want a real EFB checkout VFRpad. (digitalflightpad.)
