no lol, whatever u get hit u hit them back up to 75% of what they hit u

when you cast vengence and your hit for example somebody hit a 20 on you 75 percent of that hit would backfire so it would hot a 15 if it was a 20 he hit. and at that this message is most likley pointless cause your questoin was 6 months ago :D
