  • there's a few tutorials on youtube that help you do the transition...what type of grips to use and such

  • I can chin up fine and do dips fine but the transition is an absolute bitch! I simply can't get close.

  • He is in good shape yes but that means he is heavier and that is why he finds it hard. That is also the reason powerlifters cant to many pullups for example.
