If you've had it with all those "how to" parenting books written by supposed experts - and it's still not working for you, this is the video for you! It's all text - no pictures. Watch it over and over until you get it all. Pause the video when you need to think about a point.

  • i hate how my parents dont understand video games, i play video games but they think it wrecks my life

  • Playing video games is fine - as long as it is not all or even most of what you do. We all need to keep some balance in our lives. My own son loved video games (still does) but was never allowed to play them as much as he would have liked. If the weather was nasty, home and family work done, an hour or two of video games was fine. Now that he's an adult, he thinks this was the right thing to do. He has a wide range of interests he might not acquired if he just played games all the time.

  • very good!

o by the way, nice music too!

    what was it?

  • The music is by a Spanish group called El Bosco. I don't recall the song's name, but the CD was titled Virginal.

  • Everything about this video is spectacular: the music, the message, and the confirmation that the real "experts" are those who aren't afraid to parent. Thank you so very much for taking the time to make this video. Much blessing.

  • oh thanks a lot!

i really like it.. o yea and the song is called "Nirvana".

    its so uplifting.. :))

  • Very good message. Many parents today don't spend enough quality time with their kids because of time, work, too many activities, etc. I've seen the difference in homeschooled kids who were taught by their parents vs. some of the public schooled kids whose parents don't even care what their kids are studying or even about the grades they receive.

  • Very well done! I just wish more people watched it.

    Thanks and God Bless.

  • Excellent...and I largely concur; but I'm sure you've bruised many an ego!
