Amazing movie, amazing scene. The sad thing about it is that all of this is absolutely true. HBO didn't have to use the magic of Hollywood to make the suffrage movement more exciting. These brave women carried their banners through rain and sleet and snow; and men, honest respected members of society and lowlifes alike, heckled them and beat them and dragged them through the streets while the police watched- before arresting the women.

@MetalicaFan2007 I've heard tons and tons of their shitty songs, luckily everyone around me realized they were shitty and grew out of liking them around the age of 12 though, so I haven't had to go through the pain of listening to them for quite some time. The fact that you like such a band has everything to do with it. It discredits any and all opinions you may have.
