Malta: Footage from the CABS spring camp (illegal hunting & bird trapping) - Komitee gegen Vogelmord

The footage shows a hunter running away after beeing spotted by a CABS team in the forest on the eastern Marfa Ridge (27.04.2009). To get rid of the Bird Guards he fires a warning shot and escapes.
Additional material shows a poacher picking up a freshly shot Kestrel. Later the police control the person and the falcons and an illegal clapnet were seized (Marsascala 27.04.2009.)

i think that malta is the least country doing damage to the few 'birds' here. Maltese hunters should be left alone, although i don't like animal violence.
