  • Your band doesn't usually memorize? How does that work?

Ours has always memorized, I've never heard of one not memorizing.

  • If Pete Townsend was there he would grab someone's tuba and smash it.

  • well that was my high school band.... wed look right it on the music... mostly it was just there for reference people would actually barely have to look at it

  • I think that was the better performance. I had the video from the noon performance, and there were a few issues.

  • If I remember right, we had to have it memorized shortly after we started learning this show. Thank you for posting these videos. I lost my copy of them :-(.

  • Wow, that was amazing. :)

  • Of course we had to memorize it, silly.

  • Did you guys have to memorize your music?

I'm in high school and our band director decided to start having us memorizing ours. I can memorize how the music goes, but never the exact notes.

  • you know what, if I was playing this show, i would take my instrument and smash it, throw it in the air, and all that good stuff
