Oblivion- The Ring Of Grey (Great Ring)

This ring is a hidden ring in the skingrad house. You have to upgrade the house fully in order to get this ring. This quest is "The Rosethorn Cache". Its a good ring and if you don't like it, you can sell it for a good amount of money. Thanx Glen, Tim, and Dan.

First of all the stats for that ring really aren't that great at all, 5 points is practically useless. Secondly it's not worth that much money and the price it's worth is greatly reduced when you actually try to sell it to a merchant because the highest amount merchants carry is 1200 G. Not to mention that you spend a great deal more just upgrading that useless house when you could easily just joining a guild and sleep there for leveling and Inns only require about 20 G a night at the most.

Lol I couldnt upgrade my house at all because i killed the merchant that sells the upgrades. But i still got the ring just had to drop 300 books to reach the note lol
