@alekzander93 My routine is Mon - Back,Biceps, Legs; Wed- Chest, Triceps, Shoulders; Fri- Back, Biceps, Legs; Following Mon - Chest, Triceps, Shoulders. That has you hitting each muscle 3 times every 2 weeks.
