Best Hiking Trails in Vancouver: Howe Sound Crest Trail

One of the most scenic hiking trails in the world, Howe Sound Crest Trail overlooks many famous landmarks in West Vancouver, including Horseshoe Bay, Bowen Island, the Gulf Islands, Vancouver Island, The Sea to Sky Highway from Vancouver to Whistler, and of course, Howe Sound itself. We spent an afternoon climbing from Bowen Lookout to St. Marks Summit Lookout and back, just in time for the unforgettable Pacific Ocean sunset.

we used a canon 60d. although keep in mind the sharpest parts in the video are actually panorama photos. this was shot two years ago and the 60d is not what we'd recommend for landscape video now. in our opinion, the sharpest video is actually from a panasonic gh2 or gh3.
