My first crack at a music video.
A music video I shot for my parents' church "Jesus Pursuit" in Albany.
They recorded a live album and I offered to film 2 of the songs and make videos out of them. It was hard to get close during the live recording so we had to re-film closeups almost 4 months later! It ended up being pretty seamless, everyone wore the same clothes and kept their hair similar so we lucked out :)
The song is called "Who Is This God" and it's written by Michael and Angela Pinkston.
Performed by
Angela Pinkston
Emily Tedrow
Michael Pinkston
Peter Spencer
Phil Ward
Julee Becker
Amy Feigenspan
Bobby Haaby
Jolene Lutke
and
Dave Neumann
My dad is the guy playing the white electric guitar...yeah, he's pretty good :)
Shot on the Canon T2i and the Sony HDR-FX1000
Canon 18-55mm IS
and Canon 50mm f 1.8
Edited in Sony Vegas 9.0 with Magic Bullet Mojo for color.
Filmed by
Luke Neumann
Pete Dryden
and
Marika Neumann

Nice one Luke, best so far. Your sony vegas tutorial helped me out loads, I was using Mpeg streamclip for canon's .mov files, but it just kept crashing vegas. It seems so obvious now. I'm sure you've out many others with this problem. Keep up the good work. Fantastic song. Blessings, Michael.
