My guess on what it's about: At 2:10 I kinda see an outline of a girl so I'm guessing that the guy watering the flower must of drowned her or something since he over waters the flower, a bunch of flowers are thrown into the ocean, and one is flushed down the toilet. As a result of him murdering her he goes crazy and wants to drown himself too hence the levitating like a ghost and the outline of him screaming on the window at 5:46. I don't know... it's just a guess.
