PinoyClipsTV received this video from one of the Air Philippines Express unhappy passenger. " This video is about the worst experience I had in my life. Airphil Express staffs does not have proper training in handling customers/passengers. They avoid passengers questions and never cared about us. Their Customer Hotline is also worst. They try to compete with Cebu Pacific as budget airline but they can never duplicate Cebu Pacific professionalism including the Philippine Airlines. It give me thought that airphilexpress staffs are PAL's reject. I will never ever fly AIRPHILEXPRESS - Joey of Taguig"

  • @arjay26 I think you missed to comprehend or understand why.... sinabihan ang mga pasahero na hintay lang without giving definite answer why for 6 hours???!.. WORST EXPERIENCE is hindi sinabihan mga pasahero ahead of time ng problema....second inag hintay sa pila ng 6 hours mga pasahero na hindi pa nage breakfast at lunch nothing was given... tickets were downgraded to turboprop...By the way, naka sakay ka na ba ng eroplano at di mo alam ang good experience ng pag sakay ng eroplano?

  • @Pvjinflight I think you havent' tried flying any airplanes in your life that is why you have that comment..... or simply you miss the thought of it.... to explain it to you that event 5 year old could understand... AIRBUS/BOEING is expensive and gives you comfort when flying and has quite engines.. TURBOPROP is less expensive,noisy and not that comfy... shouldn't you be mad when your ticket is downgraded to TURBOPROP when you booked for AIRBUS??.. HELLO!

  • @arjay26 1.)Worst experience was that their flights were cancelled on the same hour it is supposed to fly.

    2.)Worst experience is that airphilexpress cannot give answer when they could fly, some passengers has imporantant meetings on that day that is why they have to take the plane.

    3.) Passengers were standing in line ready to check in their luggages for 6 hours skipping their breakfast and lunch.

    4.) Passengers were booked on an Airbus but were flown via turboprop.

    Its more than WORST!

  • Its been awhile since I made comments... But its seems interesting to post another comment because we have obvious marketing people from different airlines here saying things against one another posing as passengers.

  • If I have to be honest. I really could care less whether it's a helicopter or a hot air Balloon. As long as it gets me there. Delay 2 hours, okey palitan nyo ng aircraft, kahit turboprop, okey na rin!

  • YEAH if i were booked on an airbus flight and I tooke my on a turboprop craft then I would be dissapointed. By the way, I guess Zest Air would be a good airline to fly with.

  • try nyo ibang airline ewan ko lng kung hnd kayo mamaos kakadakdak jan.. ser u havent seen the worst. believe me..

  • parehong walang kwenta ang airphil express at cebu pacific! plain simple!

  • so anong malaking isyu? perhaps may problema pero sinabihan naman nung airphil express na hintay lng. perhaps they trying to resolve it. hindi naman sila sinigawan o inaway nung staff. so anung worst experience mo dun?
